We are a drapery hardware wholesale supply company looking for an administrative assistant to help with bookkeeping, website upkeep, email marketing, and general office duties.
Entering accounts payable invoices from purchase orders
Assisting with accounts receivable
Processing weekly vendor payments
Verifying purchase orders for accuracy
Updating company website and catalog when necessary
Sending out marketing emails
General office duties such as answering phones and assisting sales staff as necessary
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and skilled at working in an office setting using sales and accounting software.
High School diploma or GED
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign a plus
Experience with website maintenance and email marketing a plus
